How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of purchase at levm@leightongroup.uk with your order details and reason for the refund.

  2. Return the item in its original condition and packaging.

  3. Include proof of purchase (receipt or bank statement).

Post-Stall Refund Requests:

  • Email us within 14 days of purchase.

  • Ship the item back to us at G29, Amber Court, William Armstrong Drive, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE4 7YA at your own cost.

  • Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Issued in the same form of payment originally used.
